Wedding Videography
Q: How do I book your services?
A: Simply fill out the contact form on our website, and we’ll get in touch to discuss availability, your event details, and next steps.

Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend booking 4–6 months in advance to secure your date, especially during peak seasons (spring and fall).

Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, a non-refundable 25% deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

Q: When will we receive our videos?
A: Turnaround time varies based on the package, but generally:​

Q: Do you offer both video and photo?
A: Yes! We do offer a package where you can book both. If you want just photo, still reach out!

Q: Can we choose the music for our video?
A: Yes! We’ll work with you to select music that fits the mood and complies with licensing guidelines.
Creative & Commercial Projects
Q: What types of creative/commercial services do you offer?
A: We provide branded video production, product photography, promotional content, business highlights, social media visuals, and more. If it involves visual storytelling — we’ve got you covered.

Q: How do we start a creative or commercial project with you?
A: Start by submitting a project inquiry through our website. We’ll follow up to schedule a consultation, understand your goals, and provide a custom quote based on scope and timeline.

Q: Do you work with businesses of all sizes?
A: Yes! We work with startups, small businesses, nonprofits, and larger organizations — tailoring each project to your unique needs.

Q: Can you help with scripting and creative direction?
A: Absolutely. We offer full creative support, including scriptwriting, shot planning, and direction to ensure your message comes across clearly and professionally.

Q: How long does a typical project take?
A: Timelines vary by project size and complexity, but most projects are completed within 3–4 weeks after filming/shooting. We’ll confirm your delivery date during the planning stage.

Q: Do you offer ongoing content services?
A: Yes. We offer retainer packages for businesses needing regular visual content for marketing, social media, or internal use.

Q: Where can we use the content you create?
A: All content is licensed for your business use — including websites, ads, print, and social media. Commercial usage rights are included unless otherwise specified.
Church & Live Broadcast Services
Q: What kind of services do you offer for churches?
A: We provide live broadcast setup, technical support, small AV installation, and volunteer team training, tailored to help your church function smoothly and reach a broader audience.

Q: Do you install permanent equipment or just support events?
A: We tend to help support events such as camps and conferences; however, we can help with small installations! If we can't do it, we will point you to someone who can.

Q: What size churches do you work with?
A: We work with churches of all sizes — from small congregations to large multi-campus ministries.
General
Q: Do you travel?
A: Yes! We're happy to travel for events. Travel fees may apply depending on distance and location.

Q: Will you post our photos/videos online?
A: Only after final delivery and with your permission. You can opt out of public sharing when signing your contract. However, we will use some content to post for our advertising purposes.

Q: What if we need to cancel or reschedule?
A: We understand things happen. Cancellations will forfeit the deposit. Reschedules may be accommodated based on availability.
Travel Policy
Q: What are your traveling fees?
A: Travel within two (2) hours of Anderson, SC (approximately 120 miles one way) is included at no additional cost.
For events located beyond this range, the following fees apply:
1. Mileage Fee – $0.67 per mile, round trip, after the first 120 miles each way.
2. Travel Time Fee – $50 per hour for travel time beyond two (2) hours each way.
3. Lodging – For events that end after 9:00 PM or are more than four (4) hours away, lodging may be required. Lodging costs will be added to the final invoice at actual cost.
A travel fee estimate will be included in your proposal and is due with your final payment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
